I am purchasing a home in Manila and it is now in escrow. How soon can I refinance a house purchased with a BDO home loan? Can I do it right away or is it best to wait a year? I know that some lenders have penalties for early payoffs in other countries. Anyone know what the deal is in the Philippines?
